But, the oil tends to have a complex and robust rich taste, with subtler notes and higher antioxidant levels, which is good for your health.

Description

Older trees need special care as teir roots are not as performing than young olive trees. They usually produce oil with higher levels of polyphenols, which are antioxidants that contribute to the olive oil’s  benefits to consumers’health. Clay sandy soil, drier in the upper part. Its lower part borders a seasonal stream with a pine grove on the other side, whic bings in now and then a refreshing aroma to the place.
