A small plateau at the top of the valley offers a view of the hilly scenario, going down to the horizon, with an unforgettable sunset. Clay soils, which impart distinct notes to this Extra Virgin Olive Oil. At 130 meters above the sea level, there is an agreeable breeze that is a bless for the olive tree grove and their olives on the hottest summer days. Going down to the valley, whose slopes are covered in native forest, there is the lower part, at the banks of a seasonal stream. In this small floodplain, the soil is rich, umid and humic, blending different notes into the Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced from this grove.
