Expedition Policy We are situated in a rural place and this brings you Extra-Virgin Olive Oils direct from producer. As we are a bit far from the main towns, we usually only offer standard delivery services for the destination countries. At present we ship to France, the UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Baltic & Scandinavian countries. Please, subscribe to our mailing here so we can advise you when we add new countries in the list. Standard delivery takes round 7 days. We will email you with details if this applies to your order. Orders If we are unable to fulfill your entire order for any reason, we will contact you via the email address provided. We may replace items with similar value/size/type. In special circumstances, we reserve the right to hold your order and contact you for further instructions.
Faulty or Damaged Items If there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 15 days. Contact us at contact@valedopaiva.farm to report any problems. We cannot offer refunds after this period, but we will do our best to resolve the issue. If a delivery is visibly damaged, you have the right to refuse the order when receiving it from the post or courier company, and it will be returned to us.
Failed Deliveries As a small business, we cannot accept responsibility for delivery failures due to incorrect address or contact information. Please ensure your details are correct when placing your order.
Not Home for Your Delivery? If no one is available to receive the delivery and the products cannot be left in a secure location, the carrier may attempt to deliver to a neighbor. IN some countries like Germany, they will leave a delivery card to confirm this so you can retrieve your order with your neighbour. If delivery is unsuccessful, in some countries they will leave a note and/or attempt delivery again, usually the next working day. Depending on the country, the postal service may keep you updated through email or other means. If you informed us an incorrect email we will not able to help you faster. If you do not collect the parcel or rearrange delivery, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge for storage and additional delivery costs.
Taxes and Other Charges Local taxes and import duties may apply depending on the destination country. These eventual charges are beyond our control and are for your account.
